- ORGANIZER: Association “Society for Circular Economy” , UIC 205638012 , with registered office and management address: Varna, PK 9000, 36 Dimitar Ikonomov Str., entrance A, floor 3, apt. 30, represented by the chairman Georgi Ivanov , hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” .
- VOLUNTEER: [Insert the Three Names of the Volunteer], Personal Identification Number [Mandatory for minor volunteers and highly recommended for adults], ID Card No. [Optional], hereinafter referred to as “Volunteer” for brevity.
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:
Art. 1. The volunteer expresses his/her willingness and agrees to perform voluntary work for the benefit of the Organizer within the framework of the event "Night of Museums in Varna 2026" on May 23, 2026. The work is performed free of charge, without payment of remuneration and does not give rise to an employment relationship.
PREPARATION AND BRIEFING:
Art. 2. The Volunteer undertakes to attend a pre-arranged briefing and preparation day . The date, time and place of the briefing will be communicated in due time by the Organizer. During the briefing, the Volunteer will receive detailed instructions on his/her tasks, safety rules and conduct.
DURATION AND ACTIVITIES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT:
Art. 3. On the day of the event (23.05.2026) the volunteer will work during the following selected shift:
- [ ] Shift 1: 12:00 - 16:00
- [ ] Shift 2: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
- [ ] The two shifts: 12:00 - 20:00 h.
Art. 4. The specific activities and tasks of the Volunteer include:
- Assist in the overall organization and coordination of the flow of visitors to the assigned museum or participant site.
- Monitoring compliance with the internal rules and regulations of the given museum or site, including safety instructions.
- Welcoming visitors, directing them to the halls, providing basic information and assistance in workshops (e.g. screen printing workshop).
- Performing an audience count at specific locations using a provided handheld digital counter .
- Other ancillary tasks related to the successful implementation of the event, for which he received instructions during the briefing.
Art. 5. Short breaks of 15 minutes are provided for each 4-hour shift. For volunteers working both shifts, a longer break is provided between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND RECOGNITION:
Art. 6. The Organizer provides the Volunteer with the following material incentives, support for the activity and symbols of recognition:
- One (1) individual T-shirt for the event "Night of Museums in Varna 2026", with the Volunteer being able to customize the design in the screen printing workshop.
- One (1) voucher from NOMAD FOOD for a free Cuban sandwich.
- One (1) voucher from FONAX for free phone accessories (or discount).
- Certificate of participation , certifying the Volunteer's contribution to the event.
(These benefits are not payment for work, but a gesture of gratitude and support for the activity.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Art. 7. The volunteer undertakes to:
- Attends the preliminary preparation briefing.
- On the day of the event, arrive on time for the briefing before the start of the shift.
- Strictly follows the safety and behavior rules he has been instructed on.
- Performs his/her tasks responsibly, courteously and with respect for visitors, the museum team and the Organizer.
- Protects the equipment (e.g. digital counter) and materials provided to him.
- Notify the Organizer promptly in case of inability to participate in the briefing or event.
Art. 8. The Organizer undertakes to:
- Organized and conducted a preparation briefing.
- Provide clear instructions, a safe location, and the necessary materials/equipment to perform the activity.
- Provide the benefits agreed upon in Art. 6 and the Certificate of Participation.
- It regulates liability issues in accordance with applicable law.
VOLUNTEER DECLARATION:
Art. 9. By signing this agreement, the Volunteer confirms that:
- Is 16 years of age or older (for minor volunteers, parental consent is also required - see below).
- Participates voluntarily and free of charge of their own free will.
- He understands that this is not an employment contract.
- He has read the terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them.
FOR MINOR VOLUNTEERS (16-17 years old):
I declare that I am the parent/guardian of the above-mentioned Volunteer and I give my written consent for him/her to participate in the preliminary briefing and in the event "Night of Museums in Varna 2026" as a volunteer on the specified dates and shifts. I am informed that the activities are cultural and educational, safe and no night work is required. The work is unpaid. I am familiar with the material incentives and the certificate described in Art. 6.
